HC-TS-03 is a flush-mounted marker for smart zebra crossings: a 150 mm diameter, 50 mm high stud that sits in the carriageway and lights as part of the crossing sequence. It works at 24V DC and is used with the crossing's own controller cabinet and signal heads.
Each stud carries 21 red, 21 yellow and 21 green LEDs behind a single lens, so one unit can show whichever colour the controller calls for instead of needing separate red and green markers. The body pairs a yellowing-resistant polycarbonate lens with a die-cast aluminium, powder-coated housing, and the published static compression figure is over 50 tonnes with a service life of 10 years.
