The ZC-TYD1105 is a post-top solar garden lantern with a tall ribbed diffuser. The vertical ribs break the light up as it leaves the fitting, so instead of a bare LED source you get a soft, even glow across the surrounding path and planting — the effect most people have in mind when they ask for a traditional-looking garden lantern that runs without mains power.
The solar panel is built into the crown of the lantern and the 3.2V/36000 mAh battery and controller sit inside the body above the post socket. A 5V/28 W panel brings the battery back up in three to five hours of good sun, the optical sensor switches the lantern on at dusk, and the colour temperature is selectable from 3000 K warm white through to 6500 K daylight.
Mounted on a Ø76 mm post at 3000 mm to 4000 mm it suits garden paths, park walks, residential estate roads and hotel landscaping. Give us the path length and the look you want and we will confirm the pole height, the spacing and the right battery size for your climate.
