The ZC-GGD001 is a round post-top solar garden light with a ribbed, flared diffuser. The solar panel is built into the crown and the battery and controller sit inside the die-cast aluminium body, so once the head is on its post the fitting is complete — nothing else has to be mounted, wired or trenched.
The ring of ribs around the diffuser spreads the output of the 80 LED chips over a wide circle instead of concentrating it. Combined with a 5V/20 W panel and a 3.2V/20000 mAh battery, that makes the fitting well suited to lighting a garden path, a courtyard perimeter or the planting around a residential block where even, low-glare light matters more than a single bright pool. Charging takes three to five hours in good sun, the built-in optical sensor switches the luminaire on at dusk, and the colour temperature is selectable between 3000 K warm white and 6500 K daylight.
The head takes a standard Ø76 mm post, normally set 2600 mm to 4000 mm above ground. Send us the site layout and we will confirm how many units you need and at what spacing.
