The ZC-GGD2806 works the same way as the rest of this range but in a squarer, faceted style. ZC-GGD2806-1 is a single-head bollard on a 1000 to 2500 mm pole with a 235 × 235 mm head; ZC-GGD2806-2 and ZC-GGD2806-3 are two-arm post-top luminaires with two faceted heads on a cross-arm at 2600 mm. Each head carries its own solar panel in the crown and its own battery and controller inside the die-cast aluminium body, so there is no external panel and no cable anywhere on the installation.
The output steps with the model: 30 LED chips on a 5V/5 W panel with a 3.2V/8000 mAh battery for ZC-GGD2806-1, 60 LED chips on a 5V/10 W panel with a 3.2V/16000 mAh battery for ZC-GGD2806-2, and 90 LED chips on a 5V/15 W panel with a 3.2V/24000 mAh battery for ZC-GGD2806-3. The faceted diffusers spread the light sideways, which keeps glare down at eye level and makes the family suitable for garden paths and planting schemes as well as for plazas and compound roads. All three charge in three to five hours of good sun, switch on at dusk, and offer a 3000–6500 K colour temperature.
