Mid-hinged Street Light Pole
A hinge above the base lets the pole be lowered for maintenance without a crane or a platform

A mid-hinged pole carries a hinge above the base so the upper section can be lowered to the ground for maintenance, lamp replacement or service. That removes the need for a crane, a platform or a lane closure on every service visit, which matters where access is difficult or where the road cannot be closed.
The pole is hot-dip galvanised as standard, and the hinge assembly is welded and dressed as part of the same single-unit fabrication as the rest of the pole.
