Request a Quote

Send the six details below and you get a specification and a price, not a catalogue. We reply within one working day with the model, the bill of materials and the packing plan.

We use your details only to answer this enquiry.

What happens next

  1. We check the specification against your load, site and standard.
  2. You receive the model, the bill of materials and the packing plan.
  3. We confirm the delivery date and the documents we can issue.

What to send with your enquiry

You do not need a finished specification to ask for a price. The four items below are enough for us to quote a real number instead of a range.

  • The requirement or the model. If you already have a specification — pole height, wattage, lumen output, lighting class, battery autonomy, IP rating — send it as it is. If you do not, describe the road instead: width, traffic, how many hours the lights must run, and how many cloudy days the site typically gets.
  • Quantity and phasing. A single lot and a multi-phase project are priced differently, so tell us if the order ships at once or in stages.
  • Destination. The port or city is enough. It decides whether we quote FOB or CIF, and it changes the packing plan.
  • Any standard the buyer requires. If the project is tendered against a named standard, or the country requires type approval, send that clause. We quote against a factory that can actually meet it rather than assume.

If you are preparing a bid, send the tender document or BOQ and the submission deadline. We will tell you which line items we can support and which ones we cannot.

What comes back

  • A quotation that names the configuration, not just a model: panel, battery chemistry and capacity, controller type, LED power and colour temperature, pole and foundation details where relevant.
  • The price basis, the quantity that fits in a container, and the packed weight — so your freight forwarder can cost the shipment without a second round of emails.
  • A datasheet and, for poles and custom brackets, a drawing you can forward to your client or consultant.

Where a requirement cannot be met by a stock model, we say so and offer the closest factory option. We do not silently substitute a different panel or battery to make a number work.

How long it takes

We reply within one working day. Most enquiries are answered the same day. If your requirement needs a factory answer — a non-standard pole height, a different finish, a bracket that has to be drawn — it can take one more day, and we tell you that instead of leaving the thread quiet.

What we will not send

We do not publish factory prices, and we do not quote a certificate or test report we have not seen. If a document is required for your submission, ask for it early — it is faster to confirm a document exists than to discover it late.
