LED Traffic Signal Light, 200–400 mm – HC-TS-05

HC-TS-05 covers the traffic signal lights used to control a junction, a pedestrian crossing, an individual lane or a road-and-rail level crossing. The range is built in seven duties — vehicle, non-motor-vehicle, pedestrian crossing, lane, direction-indicating, flashing warning and road-and-rail level crossing — and in three light-face sizes of 200 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm. The three-aspect vehicle head in the photograph is one member of that range: tell us the intersection layout you are equipping and we will match the head, the number of aspects and the diameter to it.

The aspects follow the standard language of the road: red means stop, green means go and amber means caution. Each unit uses ultra-bright LEDs on a constant-voltage, constant-current supply, which the supplier states reduces lumen depreciation over the life of the head, behind a high light-transmittance transparent lens that widens the light spot and is flame retardant and UV resistant. The housing is polycarbonate engineering material, injection moulded in one piece, with a silicone rubber gasket, and the materials are flame retardant.
